Meet Ronak Patel from Zambrero
Can you tell us a little about your shop or service and what inspired you to start it/join the team? Zambrero is a Mexican cuisine brand, and I have been working in the hospitality industry for the past ten years. It is a strong and reputable brand known for serving fresh and healthy food. Currently, Zambrero has over 300 stores across Australia. It is also a straightforward and efficient business model, making it an attractive and easy-to-operate franchise opportunity.
What’s in season or really popular right now with shoppers? Mexican food is popular all year round, and at Zambrero we focus on serving fresh and healthy meals. Nowadays, people are more health-conscious, regularly working out and choosing to eat nutritious food, which makes Zambrero a perfect fit for their lifestyle.
What’s your favourite thing at the moment? I am truly passionate about this business and grateful for the opportunity to run it in one of Dubbo’s most popular locations. My goal is to introduce more and more people to our food and create awareness about how fresh and healthy it is. I want our community to experience the quality and benefits of Zambrero’s meals.

How long have you been work here and what do you enjoy most about this centre? I have been working here for the past three weeks and have found the people wonderful and the management very supportive. This centre also has a great mix of specialty stores, which makes it a popular place where people love to come.
What are your interests, any hobbies, interests or mad obsessions? I’m passionate about food, and in my free time I enjoy playing cricket. I also love spending time with my family. As a new dad to a five-month-old boy, I truly cherish every moment with him.
What products or services do you offer, and what makes them unique? Mexican cuisine, fresh and healthy food and their plate 4 plate concept.
What’s the best part of your job? I love to serve customers.
Do you think your shop or service helps make customers’ lives easier? Yes, will provide healthy and fresh foods, easy quick lunch option.
Do you have local customers you know by name, or like to have a chat with? Yes, I recently started, I have few customers who comes like every 2nd day who knows me by name and they like to talk with me whenever I am there.
What do you think makes this centre a great community and/or good place to shop? Has all speciality stores and location.
Do you have a favourite time of year in the centre and if so why? Recently started, but I am enjoying , but definitely during school holidays and all, when families come together for lunch and dinner from all over around the Dubbo and nearby.
